The Experience

What can I expect from the event? An immersive experience dedicated to the life and work of Frida Kahlo, combining art, large-format images, music and narration to take the audience on a visual and emotional journey through the artist’s history, identity and imagination.
Where will the experience take place? The experience will take place at the Teatro Ristori in Verona.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors? The event will take place indoors.
How long does the experience last? A screening lasts approximately 45 minutes, but visitors are welcome to stay as long as they like, even watching several screenings in a row.
Are food and drinks available to buy on site? Yes, food and drinks are available for purchase at the Bistrot on the first floor of the Theatre.
Is there on-site parking? There is no dedicated car park for Teatro Ristori visitors, but there is plenty of parking available in the surrounding area and on nearby streets.
Will there be further sessions available? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be further sessions for this event. For further details and information on confirmed dates, please refer to the experience page.
Will there be virtual reality? No, there will be no virtual reality.
Is there a dress code? There is no dress code. We recommend comfortable clothing.
Will there be any interaction with the artists? There will be no direct interaction with artists during the experience. However, throughout the programme, there will be side events and in-depth sessions dedicated to the life and work of Frida Kahlo.
Will there be merchandise on sale? At present, there are no plans to sell merchandise.

Where can I buy tickets? On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store , and on the Fever website
Can I buy a ticket on the day of the event? Yes, you can buy a ticket directly at the venue. This option is subject to availability.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else? TO BE CONFIRMED
Do I need to print the ticket? The ticket can be found in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available to download from Apple App Store or Google Play ). Remember to log in using the same login details you used for the purchase.
You will also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do? You can find your ticket in the Fever app, in the “Tickets” section. If you haven’t installed the app, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? No, refunds are not permitted.
Can I make a group booking? For group enquiries, please contact the organisers via the channels listed on the event page.
Do you offer press passes? Yes, subject to accreditation via the dedicated form. To submit the form, please contact ufficiostampa@teatroristori.org .

Regarding Accessibility

Do I need to arrive at the start of the session? We recommend arriving approximately 10 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket to facilitate entry procedures. Entry is, however, permitted for the entire duration of the selected time slot, as the experience runs continuously.
Can I bring pets? Are assistance dogs allowed? Only assistance dogs are permitted in the theatre.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the Teatro Ristori is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
What items are not permitted during the event? Is smoking or vaping allowed? Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the theater. Bulky or potentially dangerous items are not permitted.
Are there tickets for carers? No, there are no tickets available for carers.
Is the experience accessible to deaf or visually impaired people? The experience is primarily visual and auditory and is accessible to the public; however, at present there are no dedicated support devices for deaf or hard-of-hearing people.
Will there be strobe lights? No, the experience does not use strobe lights. There are immersive projections and changes in lighting linked to the content of the experience.
Will there be chairs? Can I sit down during the event? During the experience, there will be some seating; however, the number is limited and we cannot guarantee availability for all visitors.
Will there be toilets on site? Yes, there are toilets, including accessible facilities, inside the theater.
Can I take photos or record the experience? You may take photographs for personal use during the experience. The public is encouraged to share their photos on social media. Professional video recording is not permitted without prior authorisation from the organizers.
Is there a lost property office? For lost property, please speak to the staff or contact the organizers.
Is a cloakroom service available? A cloakroom service is not guaranteed.
Are there any age restrictions? The experience is suitable for all ages..
Will there be an audio guide? An audio guide is not currently available.
